Last night was the first night I slept right through. Jet-lag be gone! *knocks on wood and gives a big cheer*
We haven’t done much besides explore. Every day we’ve walked and walked and walked – Margaret and I have the sore feet to prove it. The neighborhood my apartment is in is wonderful! There are so many stores and restaurants/cafes around here I’ll never be at a loss. Every corner you turn there is more and more to see.
Yesterday we actually made plans to do something specific. We met at Notre Dame for mass. Glad I did it. (Dear lady with the loud camera, Mass is not the time to take pictures with your loud camera – respect please!) After mass Margaret and I did some more wandering – since we’ve become so good at it. Had lunch at a café – my first Croque Monsieur of this trip was memorable.
Here are a few random photos taken since our arrival.

So glad you made it and I can't wait to join you. I leave on Thursday. Yey! Did you buy any nail polish yet, lol?
It's supposed to rain there on Friday and we had a big afternoon of walking planned ... wonder how my tour guide will handle that. Meanwhile, I'm bracing myself for those cool evenings ... we're still have 80 F days here. I won't be able to read a lot of your blog because I'll be offline for a while, but I plan to check back when I return to "compare notes." I'll be home and you'll still be in Paris, lucky you!
I love trips where we don't have things planned constantly. Hope you are enjoying it and thanks for sharing it with us.
I am so glad you are having a good time.
Hey girl, I found you. I thought I lost your blog but found it just in the knick of time. Well, it sounds like you are running on adrenaline. I can't wait to enjoy your adventure. Have a ball and multiply your minutes. xo,Gina
